All Tools

Every free tool on DevBiz Tools Hub — filter by category or search by name.

Every tool here works on a single page with no account: open it, paste or upload your data, and get the result in the same tab. Almost all of them do their processing in your browser rather than on a server, so the text, numbers, and files you work with stay on your device. The exceptions are stated on the pages concerned: the currency converter fetches the day's exchange rate, and the OCR tools download their recognition engine the first time you use them.

The tools are grouped the way people tend to need them, with a short note on what each group is for and what to watch out for in it. Use the search box or the category buttons to narrow the list, or read the guides for worked examples that use them.

Converter tools support files up to 200MB — free, no sign-up

Formatters, encoders, and generators for the small jobs between real work: finding the broken comma in an API response, reading what a JWT actually contains, turning a schedule into a cron expression, or generating UUIDs and fake records for test fixtures. They run in your browser tab, which matters for developer data. A production token or customer payload pasted here is never sent to a server. The JWT decoder shows a token's contents but does not verify its signature; that needs your key and belongs on the server.

Good places to start: JSON Formatter, JWT Decoder, Cron Expression Generator & Parser, SQL Query Formatter

Calculators built around how small businesses and salaried professionals in India actually work, in rupees: GST at the slabs in force since September 2025, EMI and home-loan schedules with prepayments, CTC-to-in-hand salary estimates, break-even and ROI checks, and invoices with tax. Most pages show the formula they use and a worked example, so you can check the result rather than simply trust it. The currency converter is the one tool here that contacts an outside service: it fetches the latest reference exchange rate, sending only the two currency codes.

Grade calculations and writing tools. The CGPA calculator applies the common CBSE-style × 9.5 conversion and the weighted-grade calculator weights each score by its share of the course, but universities publish their own rules, so check yours before quoting a converted figure on an application. The word counter checks a draft against a length limit, with characters, sentences and reading time alongside the word count, and the resume builder turns your details into a clean PDF.

Converters for data files (JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, YAML, JSONL), subtitles (SRT, VTT, ASS), documents (Markdown, HTML, PDF), images, and units. File tools accept uploads up to 200MB and process them inside your browser, so nothing is uploaded; the data converters do their heavy parsing in a background worker so the page stays responsive. They are also careful with values that spreadsheet imports often mangle: PIN codes keep their leading zeros, 20-digit IDs stay exact, and dates come out as unambiguous yyyy-mm-dd. The OCR tools download their recognition engine and English language data the first time you use them; your images still stay on your device.

Good places to start: JSON ⇄ Excel Converter, CSV ⇄ Excel Converter, Image Compressor, Merge PDF Files

Planning calculators in US dollars: mortgage and auto-loan payments with full-term interest, investment growth with monthly contributions, retirement projections, credit-card payoff timelines, and a federal tax refund estimate using the IRS tax year 2026 brackets and standard deduction. Every page lists what the estimate leaves out (property tax, insurance, fees, credits, inflation), because those are usually what separates a calculator result from the real bill. They are estimates for planning, not financial or tax advice.

Good places to start: Mortgage Calculator, Credit Card Payoff Calculator, Retirement Savings Calculator, Tax Refund Estimator (US)
