What this form is good for
A result that looks wrong
Calculator pages show their formula and a worked example, so first check whether the difference comes from an input the tool doesn't model (fees, taxes, a different rounding rule). If it still looks wrong, send the inputs and the result you expected.
A conversion that lost or changed data
A few rows of the original file are usually enough to reproduce it. Remove anything private first; the tools never upload your files, so a sample is the only way the problem can be seen.
