1. Acceptance of these terms
DevBiz Tools Hub is run by Chirag. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Results are estimates, not advice
The calculators apply the formulas and figures described on each page, and we work to keep them correct. They are still general-purpose tools: they cannot know every detail of your situation, and published rates, slabs and limits change. Tax, GST, loan, salary, retirement and investment results are estimates for planning. They are not financial, tax, legal or professional advice. Check important figures with the relevant authority, your lender or a qualified professional before relying on them.
3. Your files and content
Files and text you process with the tools stay on your device (see the privacy policy for the three tools that use the network). You remain responsible for the content you process, including having the right to use it, and for checking converted or generated output before you depend on it. Keep a copy of your original file; a conversion never changes the file on your device, but the output format may not be able to hold everything the original did, as described on each converter's page.
4. No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its results, including losses from decisions made on the basis of a calculation or a converted file.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: for example by attempting to disrupt it, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping its content at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on other providers: exchange rates from the Frankfurter API, the OCR engine from a public content-delivery network, ads from Google AdSense, analytics from Google Analytics, and contact-form delivery by Formspree. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they process, and we are not responsible for their availability. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you see Google's consent message, and ads and analytics cookies follow the choices you make there. Everywhere else, or if your browser blocks Google's message, you see our cookie banner: ads are requested and analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept all.
8. Content on this site
The guides, tool descriptions and site code are the work of DevBiz Tools Hub. You are welcome to link to any page. Please don't republish the guides wholesale without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
