Padding shrinks the source image inward from the edges, leaving room for the background to show around it — useful for the rounded and circle shapes.
How to use this tool
Upload a logo or icon image — a square source works best, but any image is automatically center-cropped to a square first. Choose a background shape, pick a background color (or keep it transparent), and adjust the padding — the browser-tab and home-screen previews update live. Click Generate & Download ZIP to get a package containing 16×16, 32×32, and 48×48 favicon PNGs plus a 180×180 apple-touch-icon.png for iOS home-screen bookmarks — everything is rendered locally in your browser, nothing is uploaded.
