How to use this tool
Click Start to begin a 25-minute focus session. When it ends, you’ll get a browser notification (if allowed) and the timer automatically switches to a 5-minute break, then back to focus. Use Pause to stop the clock temporarily, or Reset to start over from a fresh focus session.
